We’re Zhuzhou Torch Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. , found in 1958, originally known as Zhuzhou Internal Combustion Engine Parts Factory. In 1997, we merged into Torch Group, and in 2005, we join into Weichai Power together with Torch Group, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weichai Power.We’re professional manufacturer of engine components, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of engine parts such as Piston Pin, Valve Tappet, and Rocker Arm. We maintain the biggest market share of China commercial vehicle diesel engine piston pins market for several consecutive years, now we’re the leading piston pin manufacturer in China.

We lead the formulating 4 industry standards and hold 39 patents. We obtain IATF16949 quality management and ISO14001 environmental management certifications, using these systems to ensure product quality and eco-friendly production.

We equip with over 220 sets of industry-leading production and testing equipment, including 7 heat treatment production lines such as AICHELIN continuous heat treatment furnaces and multifunctional heat treatment furnaces; 10 precision grinding production lines with high-precision centerless grinders from Germany’s MIKROSA, Japan’s Koyo, and Japan’s Mikron; as well as advanced machining equipment such as multifunctional combined machine tools. Our annual production capacity over 20 million piston pins and 4 million tappets, providing stable supply chain support to customers worldwide.
